PMP Preparation Driveway

The globally acknowledged Project Management Professional (PMP)®certification assesses an individual’s competence in overseeing a professional project’s personnel, procedures, and business objectives. Administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), there are over a million PMP certification holders worldwide. This certification is relevant to project managers across diverse industries such as healthcare, construction, information technology (IT), and business.

This course aims to prepare participants for the PMP certification, a globally recognized credential for project managers. Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully navigate the PMP exam and excel in their project management roles. To attain the certification, candidates must fulfil experience prerequisites and pass an examination. Securing a PMP certification provides professionals with a competitive advantage in the employment landscape and can increase salary prospects. Moreover, individuals with PMP credentials frequently experience enhanced opportunities for career advancement and increased ease in securing promotions or new employment. This certification is instrumental in setting individuals apart from their peers when competing for project bids.

Learning Outcomes:

This training course is divided into three sections; the people domain, where the students will be familiar with the people working on the projects, their roles, skills and outcomes and the stakeholders. The second section is the process domain, where the students understand the project process, such as the business value of projects, the business case, the project planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, communication, quality, procurement, and integration. In the third section, the students will be familiar with the business environment where the project grows, such as the benefit and value of delivering projects, and evaluate the external business factors’ impacts on projects. Finally, there a room for the students to assess their learning via weekly online quizzes and mock tests at the end of the course.
